UTEP Engineering Research Professor. High School and GED tutor since 1998. Bilingual (Spanish and English), Great with kids-K-8 (taught own daughter and nephews to add and subtract by age three multiply by age four). I tutor because someone needs to fill in the gaps our poor education system leaves behind and I enjoy advancing the competitiveness of our community through the education of our children.
